The Computer Graphics Society is a section of the ACM Student Chapter in the ISCTE institute, whose main focus is to participate in projects which relate in some way to computer graphics.
Our main focus at the moment is to learn game development while getting our hands dirty and developing a game! We are currently using Unity as the game engine, and we hope to delve into the basic topics of player movement, world interaction and graphical user interfaces.
The game we are developing is a puzzle psychological horror game where the player must find his way through a series of tunnels in order to find a way out, however these tunnels play tricks on the player and are not what they seem.
Future projects include participating in game jams, and developing a game which involves topics like AI and Machine Learning.
Currently the society is formed by seven members all from the Computer Engineering degree.
